We also offer annual septic maintenance agreements, real estate inspections, as well as repair on all aerobic manufactures. Our services don't stop there! Annual Maintenance Contract
TCEQ/Brazoria County requires that all aerobic septic system owners obtain an annual maintenance contract or maintain their system personally.
Aerobic Spray - $250
*Bar X & Oakwood Creek Estates - $212.50 *
Aerobic Drip - $300
Pricing Differs for RV Parks and Commercial Properties. Please call the office for pricing on these systems.
OSSF Real Estate Inspection
Any time you purchase a home, it is a good idea to have a real estate inspection performed by a licensed maintenance provider, especially when buying a home with an older, conventional septic system. There is no such thing as a septic being grandfathered in!
OSSF Real Estate Inspections start out at $300. Please call our office for more details.
New OSSF Installation
New installs, with no prior septic on site, starts out at $8,850. All installations require a design and permit. Rough estimates are only given until a design from a licensed OSSF Designer is obtained. *We do not provide designs in house but can refer you to a couple of great Designers*
